Access and purchase through the Online Store during the Campaign period implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1. Campaign Name:
“Player + Free UCL Patch” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).
2. Campaign Validity Territory:
Valid only on the Real Madrid Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com/https://us.shop.realmadrid.com, in all territories where delivery service is offered.
3. Eligibility Requirements:
3.1. All users of the Online Store may benefit from this Campaign. No additional registration is required.
3.2. The Campaign applies exclusively to the Champions League patch and the player's name & number customization available on kit products in the Online Store. The updated list of included products will appear on the Campaign page and/or in the specific category linked from it. In case of discrepancy between this list and what is shown on the Campaign page, the page shall prevail.
3.3. The products included in the Campaign are:

3.4. To apply the discount, users must select the available options in the offer. After selecting these options, the user must add the product to the cart.

The Campaign will be valid from March 9, 2026 at 9:00 (CET) until March 23, 2026 at 23:59 (CET).
6. Campaign Mechanics:
6.1. Users must visit the Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com/https://us.shop.realmadrid.com.
6.2. Select any product associated with the Campaign.
6.3. The final price of the item will be automatically shown at checkout.
6.4. The Campaign is valid only for purchases made in the Online Store and does not apply in physical stores.
6.5. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during the purchase process.
6.6. The Campaign is compatible with discounts applicable to Members, Madridista Premium and Madridista Free, as well as possible birthday discounts associated with them.
6.7. The Campaign is compatible with the ongoing “15% Off” campaign.
6.8. Returned items will be refunded at the price paid with the discount applied, without affecting the consumer’s legal rights.
6.9. There is no minimum purchase amount to participate in the Campaign.
7. Restrictions:
7.1. Participation in the Campaign is personal and non-transferable.
7.2. LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time, as well as to cancel any order considered suspicious or fraudulent.
7.3. The campaign is not compatible with the birthday discount.
