Next day delivery: Shipping method only available for Madrid for orders placed before 11:00 a.m CET. Orders placed from 11:00 a.m CET onwards will be delivered on the next available business day.
1. WELCOME
We trust that you are satisfied with the products ordered through our website (the "Website"). However, if you are dissatisfied with any of the products ordered through the Website (the “Products”) or change your mind, you may return them and receive the corresponding refund.
This returns policy (the "Returns Policy") informs you when and how you can return a Product if you change your mind or if there is any issue with the Product, and what we can do about it.
The Returns Policy forms part of the General Terms and the defined terms in the Terms have the same meaning in this policy. Please read this Returns Policy carefully in addition to the General Terms before ordering a Product.
2. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
2.1 You can change your mind and cancel the contract concluded with us for any reason, provided that you do so after placing the order on our Website and no later than 14 calendar days from the day you or another person designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the Products.
2.2 If the order includes several Products, each delivered separately, or if the order is divided into multiple shipments, you can change your mind at any time no later than 14 calendar days from the day the last Product or last shipment of the order has been delivered to you.
It is not necessary to indicate the reason for the return as long as you express your wish to do so within the periods indicated in clauses 2.1 or 2.2.

You cannot change your mind and return Products that:
a) have been manufactured according to specifications, instructions, or designs requested by you or have been customized by you
b) have been delivered sealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after receipt
c) have been irreversibly mixed with other items after delivery
d) were purchased in connection with your business, professional activity, or trade (i.e., not purchased as a consumer or end user, as defined under Spanish law)
e) may deteriorate or expire quickly
3. ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY
Once the 14 calendar-day withdrawal period has passed, as part of Legends’ commercial policy, you will have the right to return the order without needing to indicate a reason, provided that you express your wish to do so within 31 calendar days from the day the last Product or last shipment of the order has been delivered to you.
The additional return right will also be subject to the provisions of the rest of the Returns Policy and, in particular, to the provisions established in clause 6.1.c).
4. HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If you wish to return an order, please let us know by:
a) completing the return form included at the end of this Returns Policy and sending it by email to the address indicated in the "Contact Us" section of the Terms
b) completing the online return form included in the Shipping & Returns Section or in the link included in the confirmation email
c) contacting us via the email or phone number indicated in the "Contact Us" section (paragraph 3) of the Terms to communicate your wish to return the order.
For the purposes of Article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the return costs must be borne by you, following the return procedure you choose or the one we may provide for your convenience. When exercising your rights under clauses 2 or 3 above, you must indicate whether you prefer to use the delivery method proposed by us or to arrange it yourself. If you choose our proposed method, we will provide a prepaid shipping label (see clause 5.3), whose cost will be deducted from the refund we issue (see clauses 5.3 b) and c) and clause 6.1). In line with the general terms and conditions, returns from purchases made in any of the following countries are not accepted:

5. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
5.1 If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return, or any other right you may have by law or under the Terms, you must return the Products without undue delay and, in any case, within 31 calendar days from the day you notified us of your wish to return them. It is not necessary for us to have received the returned Products within this 31-day period, provided you have sent them before it expires.
5.2 To return the Product: Please use the original carrier package, box, or envelope. If you no longer have the original, you must use a secure package or box that protects the returned Products as well as the original did. We also recommend using packaging that does not incur additional shipping costs, especially if we have provided a prepaid shipping label. 5.3 We will provide a prepaid shipping label in case: a) the Products are defective, do not match their description, or are not suitable for their intended purpose and we cannot repair or replace them within a reasonable period; b) you exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with clause 2 above. In this case, the cost of the prepaid shipping will be deducted from the amounts we refund to you under clause 6; or c) you exercise your additional return right in accordance with clause 3 above. In this case, the cost of the prepaid shipping will be deducted from the amounts we refund to you under clause 6; d) we have informed you of an upcoming change in the Product or Terms. Please note that we cannot accept returns of Products purchased in our physical stores, events, or points of sale operated by us. If, on the other hand, you prefer to manage the return yourself, send the Product in its original packaging—or, if not available, in secure packaging that protects the Products—to the following address: C/ Poeta Joan Maragall 1, 15th floor, 28020, Madrid (LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA).
6. REFUNDS
6.1
a) In cases where the return of the Products is due to them being defective or because we have informed you of a change in the Product, you will be entitled to a full refund of the price paid, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard shipping method or the least expensive method offered) and the return costs incurred (if you did not use our prepaid shipping label).
b) If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the legal period established in clause 2, you will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the Products, as well as the original delivery costs (corresponding to the standard shipping method or the least expensive method offered). The cost of return shipping will be deducted if you used the method we provided (prepaid shipping label). Additionally, if returning from outside the European Union generates any customs duties or taxes legally attributable to the consumer and directly linked to the return, these may also be deducted, with prior clear and justified notice.
c) If you exercise the additional return right after the legal withdrawal period, as established in clause 3 above, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid minus the sum of (i) the shipping costs incurred for delivery of the Product; (ii) the cost of prepaid shipping if you used the return method we provided; and (iii) any customs duties or taxes that may arise as a result of the return.
6.2 If you have chosen to return the Products using one of the provided methods, we will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw or exercise the additional return right under clauses 2 or 3 above.
6.3 If, on the other hand, you preferred to send the Product without following one of the provided methods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.
6.4 We will not issue a refund if the returned Product does not match the one you ordered or if the Product was not ordered through our Website. In such cases, the Product will be returned to you and corresponding shipping costs may be charged.
6.5 If you exercise your right to return the Product after it has been delivered, you will be responsible for any reduction in the value of the Products resulting from unreasonable or unjustified use. Unreasonable use means handling the Products beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality (as would normally be done in a store). We may deduct this loss of value from your refund.
6.6 If you selected an urgent delivery method when placing the order, we will not refund the difference between our standard delivery rates and the additional amount paid for the urgent delivery method when we have agreed to provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6.7 Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the order, unless we have expressly agreed with you to use a different method. No fees will be charged in connection with the refund.
6.8 Size exchanges are not accepted. If you wish to receive a different size, you may exercise your right of withdrawal or additional return within 31 calendar days from receipt of the Product, return it, and place a new order for the desired size.
Returned Products must be in perfect condition, unused, and in the original product packaging. Returns of customized or made-to-order products will not be accepted.
