1. GENERAL
1.1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, the “General Conditions” or “T&C”), as well as the corresponding Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, apply to the website [https://.shop.realmadrid.com/] (hereinafter, the “Online Store”), which LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U. (hereinafter, “LEGENDS”), as the operator of the Online Store of REAL MADRID C.F., makes available to Internet users, offering products and services manufactured and distributed under brands owned by REAL MADRID and/or LEGENDS, or licensed to them (hereinafter, collectively, the “Product(s)” and/or “Service(s)”).
LEGENDS has its registered office at Poeta Maragall 1, 15th Floor, 28020 Madrid, Spain, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry and with NIF B-88644299.
By accessing and using the Online Store, as well as placing orders or acquiring Products or Services through it, the customer (hereinafter, the “Customer” or “you”) declares to have read entirely, understood, and fully accepted all the terms included in these T&C. These T&C can be saved and/or printed and are accessible from all pages of the Online Store.
These T&C may be modified at any time. The T&C accepted by the Customer at the time of placing the order shall apply, and will be sent to the Customer along with the order confirmation email, once the order has been accepted in accordance with these T&C.
1.2. THE CUSTOMER
By placing an order through the Online Store, the Customer declares to be aware that the Products and Services are sold exclusively to non-commercial customers acting as consumers.
Furthermore, the Customer declares and guarantees that: (i) they have sufficient legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, (ii) they are over eighteen (18) years old, and (iii) they are acting as a final consumer.
In general, LEGENDS reserves the right to reject any Product order that appears anomalous, particularly in the case of orders with quantities and/or amounts that LEGENDS reasonably considers unusual.
1.3. LANGUAGE
The Online Store is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. The T&C versions will be available in these languages depending on the region.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, PRICES, ORDER
2.1. PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND PRICES
The information provided on the Online Store does not constitute an offer of sale but an invitation to contract.
Products and Services are described and presented with as much reasonable accuracy as possible (specifications, materials, illustrations, sizes, composition, etc.). However, if you have any questions regarding a Product or Service or your order—especially concerning whether a Product or Service meets the characteristics the Customer is seeking—please contact us through the “Contact us” link, and we will assist you accordingly.
Prices will be those indicated on the Online Store at the time of placing the order, and the Customer can review them before confirming the order.
The Customer acknowledges that LEGENDS may revise the prices of the Products and Services offered on the Online Store at any time. Furthermore, LEGENDS reserves the right to modify, without prior notice, the terms and conditions of any promotional campaign.
The Customer may check the actual price paid for a Product or Service in previous orders through the confirmation email, the sales receipt included in the package, or their customer account, if registered at the time of placing the order.
Prices are indicated in the currency shown on the Online Store at the time of the order, which will be the euro (EUR) or another currency indicated in Section 3 below. The price of the Product or Service does not include shipping costs (hereinafter, the “Shipping Costs”).
Shipping Costs will be calculated and displayed on the order summary page before confirmation and payment by the Customer.
2.2. ORDER PROCESS
The Customer may select Products and Services and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. Then, the Customer will be invited to complete and place the order by clicking one of the payment options or continue shopping. If choosing to continue shopping, the Customer can review items added to the cart by clicking the “Check your Cart” button, available at the top right of all Online Store pages.
When ready to place the order, the Customer must click the “CHECKOUT” button to verify cart details, identify possible input errors, and correct or remove Products or Services.
After validating the cart, the Customer must select one of the “Checkout” options.
LEGENDS will not be responsible for inaccuracies in information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The customer account allows access to a personal space from which orders can be tracked and invoices accessed.
To complete the order, the Customer must confirm billing details, select the shipping method, declare that they have read and expressly accept the T&C, and proceed with secure payment.
An order is only considered placed when the Customer has submitted it through the online purchase process.
LEGENDS will notify the Customer when the order is accepted. Acceptance by LEGENDS will be deemed complete (and the contract considered concluded) when such acceptance is effectively communicated to the Customer via email to the address provided. At that moment, the sales contract will be formalized and binding for both parties, conditioned upon full payment of the order.
LEGENDS reserves the right to reject or cancel any order before acceptance if it appears anomalous, excessive, or contrary to these T&C. Certain situations that may lead to order cancellation include system or typographical errors, inaccuracies in product or price information, lack of availability, fairness criteria when supply is limited, or issues detected by LEGENDS’ credit or fraud prevention departments. Furthermore, LEGENDS may request additional information or verification before accepting an order.
In case of partial cancellation, LEGENDS will send the remaining items of the order to the Customer. LEGENDS will contact the Customer if additional information is required to accept the order and may choose to process the order partially or cancel it entirely if unable to contact the Customer.
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed by LEGENDS, the corresponding refund will be issued.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that, once the order is submitted (after confirmation), it cannot be modified, without prejudice to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, when applicable, in accordance with Section 5.
3. PAYMENT
Products must be paid in euros (EUR), except for the countries indicated in the table below:

Orders are shipped from Madrid (Spain) or Indianapolis (United States), depending on the Customer's location and inventory availability. The Customer will assume all mandatory taxes, fees, and possible banking commissions, which will always be their responsibility. Taxes will depend on the delivery country, and when applicable, VAT or other local equivalent tax will be detailed in the order confirmation. Additionally, the Customer may be required to pay import duties and other customs taxes, which must be fully assumed by the Customer.
If payment is rejected by the bank, the order will be automatically denied, and LEGENDS will be released from any obligation or responsibility to the Customer.
4. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
4.1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Currently, purchases and deliveries are not accepted in the following countries:

LEGENDS will deliver Products to the address provided by the Customer (the “Delivery Address”), according to the shipping option selected when placing the order. The Customer will assume the consequences of incorrect or incomplete delivery data and/or their absence at the time of delivery (delays, inability to deliver, return of Products to LEGENDS, additional transportation costs, etc.).
For international shipments, the Customer must note that manufacturer warranties may not be valid, manufacturer assistance services may not be available, manuals and instructions may not be written in the destination country language, and Products may not comply with the destination country’s standards, specifications, labeling requirements, or voltage. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the Products can be legally imported into the destination country and will act as the importer for legal purposes, complying with all applicable regulations.
LEGENDS will make its best efforts to deliver Products as soon as possible according to the shipping option selected. LEGENDS will not be responsible for delays due to customs procedures.
If no estimated delivery date is specified before order confirmation, delivery will not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of confirmation. If it is impossible to meet this deadline, LEGENDS will inform the Customer as soon as possible so that they may accept a new estimated date or cancel the order with a full refund.
4.2. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS
The risk of loss of the Products and responsibility for insuring them transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Delivery will be deemed completed when the Customer or a third party authorized by them takes physical possession of the Products.
At the time of delivery, the Customer must verify the conformity and condition of the order in the presence of the carrier and note any necessary reservations for apparent defects (missing product, damaged package), as well as check that the tracking number matches the one provided. The Customer must also inform LEGENDS of any apparent defect.
In case of missing Products or return/rejection of the order under these circumstances, LEGENDS will, at its discretion, either refund the affected Products within a maximum of twenty (20) business days or resend the damaged or missing Products.
The above is without prejudice to the Customer’s right of withdrawal, in accordance with Section 5.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with the Products purchased. However, if you change your mind, you may withdraw from the contract and return your order within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products to you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier). You may also return Products for other reasons as provided in these T&C.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
6.1. DERIVED FROM INFORMATION
The Customer agrees that LEGENDS assumes no liability for delays, deletions, incorrect deliveries, or failures in storing communications or personal configurations of the Customer.
LEGENDS also assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on the information provided on the Online Store or for damages resulting from actions based solely on such information.
6.2. DERIVED FROM SERVICE QUALITY
LEGENDS reserves the right to deny service to any person for any reason and/or to interrupt the service, in whole or in part, with or without prior notice.
Use of the Online Store is subject to applicable law, and the Customer is solely responsible for the communication means used to access it. LEGENDS does not guarantee the absence of viruses or other harmful elements, and it is the Customer’s responsibility to have adequate protection tools. LEGENDS will not be liable for damages to systems, software, hardware, or equipment of Customers or third parties.
Content on the Online Store is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. LEGENDS does not guarantee continuity, accuracy, or reliability of content and will not be responsible for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Online Store.
Under no circumstances will LEGENDS’ total liability to the Customer exceed the amount paid by the Customer, if applicable, for access to the Online Store.
6.3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Access to the Online Store depends on third-party services, such as telecommunication networks, whose reliability and operation are not LEGENDS’ responsibility. Consequently, the service may be suspended or interrupted without liability for LEGENDS.
6.4. LINKED CONTENT AND SERVICES
The Online Store may include links to third-party websites (the “Linked Sites”) for informational purposes only. LEGENDS does not control or approve such content and assumes no responsibility for it, in accordance with applicable law.
Access and use of Linked Sites is under the sole responsibility of the Customer, who irrevocably waives any claim against LEGENDS arising from such sites.
LEGENDS reserves the right to remove or block content considered illegal or harmful to third-party rights.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
LEGENDS will not be responsible for non-performance or delays in the fulfillment of its obligations when such non-performance is due to force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
8. LEGAL WARRANTIES. CONFORMITY AND HIDDEN DEFECTS
LEGENDS is obliged to comply with the legal guarantees of conformity and defects of the Product. The Customer has a period of two (2) years from delivery to claim lack of conformity and may choose between repair or replacement, unless it is impossible or disproportionate.
Warranties do not cover damages resulting from external causes or improper use of the Product.

10. APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
These T&C are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be submitted to the Spanish courts and tribunals. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the rest. These T&C constitute the entire agreement between the parties and may only be modified in writing with the signatures of both parties.
