Accessing and making purchases through the Online Store during the Campaign period implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In addition to these Campaign Terms and Conditions, the Online Store’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy also apply. In case of any conflict, these Campaign Terms and Conditions will exclusively prevail regarding promotional aspects not covered by the other documents.

1. Campaign Name “15% Off All Jerseys & Kits” (hereinafter, the “Campaign”).

2. Campaign Territory Valid only on the Real Madrid Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com, in all territories where delivery service is offered.

Purchases made on https://shop.realmadrid.com are subject to the terms and conditions published on that site and the applicable regulations for that channel. Purchases on https://us.shop.realmadrid.com are subject to the terms and regulations indicated on that site. Nothing herein limits or excludes mandatory consumer protections under the applicable consumer law in the buyer’s country of residence, when provided by international private law.

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1. All Online Store users can participate in this Campaign. No additional registration is required.

3.2. No promo code is needed. The discount will be applied automatically in the shopping cart.

3.3. The Campaign applies exclusively to all game jersey products available in the Online Store. The updated list of included products will be available on the Campaign page and/or the linked category. In case of discrepancies, the Campaign page will prevail.

5. Campaign Duration The Campaign is valid from December 12, 2025, 00:00 (CET) to December 21, 2025, 23:59 (CET).

6. Campaign Mechanics

6.1. Users must visit the Online Store at https://shop.realmadrid.com or https://us.shop.realmadrid.com.

6.2. Select any game jersey product available in the Online Store.

6.3. A 15% discount will be automatically applied in the shopping cart to the eligible items, without entering a promotional code. The discount is calculated on the product price including applicable taxes and does not apply to shipping or additional services, which will be shown separately before purchase confirmation.

6.4. The discount applies to all game jersey products included in the Campaign.

6.5. The Campaign does not apply to personalized jerseys (e.g., names, numbers, patches, or other customizations).

6.6. The Campaign is valid only for Online Store purchases and does not apply in physical stores.

6.7. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout.

7. Restrictions

7.1. The Campaign is compatible with discounts for Members, Madridista Premium, and Madridista Free. It cannot be combined with birthday promotional codes.

7.2. Participation in the Campaign is personal and non-transferable.

7.3. The discount appears applied to the product price and remains throughout the purchase process, only on the eligible game jersey products, excluding customizations.

7.4. LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA S.L.U. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign at any time, without affecting rights already acquired in confirmed orders. Orders may also be canceled in case of reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse (e.g., multiple accounts to bypass limits, non-personal use, or systematic resale), with prior communication to the customer.

7.5. The offer is non-refundable and non-transferable; returned items will be refunded at the discounted price paid, without affecting the consumer’s legal rights. This is without prejudice to the legal right of withdrawal and its exceptions, including products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

7.6. There is no minimum purchase requirement to apply the Campaign.

7.7. The Campaign is subject to stock availability. In case of stock shortages, the organizer may cancel the affected order and refund the full amount paid.

7.8. The Online Store may cancel orders in case of obvious pricing or product description errors, with full refund of amounts paid.

7.9. The Campaign does not apply to purchases made prior to the Campaign, or orders placed via marketplaces or third parties.

7.10. The Campaign cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.

7.11. The Campaign is offered for personal and non-commercial use.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction Without prejudice to Section 2 regarding EU and US sites, purchases on https://shop.realmadrid.com are governed by Spanish law, and the competent courts will be those of the consumer’s domicile. This does not affect non-waivable rights of consumers under applicable consumer protection law.
