How Do I Redeem My Gift Card?

Redeeming your Real Madrid Official Store gift card is easy:

• Add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

• At checkout, look for the "Gift card" field.

• Enter your Real Madrid Official Store gift card code.

• Click Apply. The available gift card balance will be applied toward your order total. If your order total is greater than the gift card balance, you can pay the difference using any accepted payment method. If your order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future use until exhausted or expired.

Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Card Value and Balance

· Each gift card carries a fixed monetary value, denominated in the currency stated at the time of issue.

· Gift cards may be redeemed against eligible purchases on Real Madrid Official Store located at https://shop.realmadrid.com/, up to the available balance on the card.

· If an order total is less than the gift card balance, the unused balance will remain on the gift card and may be used for future purchases until the balance is exhausted or the card expires (whichever is sooner).

· If an order total exceeds the gift card balance, the customer must pay the difference using another accepted payment method at checkout.

2. Multiple Use & Partial Redemption

· Gift cards may be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.

· Each gift card code is associated with a single balance and is non-transferable once issued.

3. Eligibility of Products

· Gift cards may be applied toward any product available for sale on the Real Madrid Official Store, including applicable taxes, unless otherwise restricted at the point of issue or by applicable law.

4. Combining with Other Offers

· Gift cards may be used in conjunction with promotional discount codes, unless otherwise stated.

· Where applicable, any promotional discount will be applied to the order total before the gift card balance is deducted.

5. Gift Card Validity

· Unless otherwise stated, all gift cards issued under this promotion will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

· Real Madrid Official Store reserves the right to set different validity periods depending on the value, quantity or type of gift cards issued, in which case the validity period will be communicated at the point of issue.

· Where local law mandates a minimum validity period for gift cards (for example, in certain EU Member States and the United Kingdom), the longer of the stated validity period or the statutory minimum shall apply.

· Expired gift cards cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded, except where required by applicable consumer law.

· Gift cards issued by LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. are redeemable exclusively within the Real Madrid Official Store (https://shop.realmadrid.com/), which constitutes a limited network of goods and services within the meaning of Article 3(k) of Directive (EU) 2015/2366 (PSD2) and its Spanish transposition (Real Decreto-ley 19/2018, de 23 de noviembre). Accordingly, these gift cards are excluded from the scope of electronic money regulation, and LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. is entitled to set an expiry date on the gift card as stated in this Section 5.

6. Returns and Withdrawal Rights

· All orders placed using a gift card will be subject to the Real Madrid Official Store Cancellations and Returns Policy. Please see the Cancellations and Returns Policy here for further information about when you can cancel your order, how you can do so, and how to return your products.

· Where a refund is due on a return of products purchased (in whole or in part) using a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original gift card. The original validity period of the gift card will remain unchanged.

· With respect to the purchase of the gift card itself: (i) where the gift card is purchased in-store, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply; (ii) where the gift card is purchased online or through any other distance sales channel, the customer benefits from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in accordance with Article 71 of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Act (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, LGDCU). To exercise this right, the customer must notify LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. within the 14-day period. Upon valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the gift card will be cancelled and the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the gift card has been used in whole or in part during the withdrawal period, any amount already redeemed will be deducted from the refund.

7. Order Refusal & Cancellation Rights

· LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance if it appears abnormal, excessive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

· Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to: system or typographical errors, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, product unavailability, ensuring fairness among customers where supply is limited, or issues flagged by LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. credit or fraud prevention teams.

8. Partial Cancellations

· If an order is partially cancelled, LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. will fulfil and ship the remaining items.

· LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. will contact the customer if additional information is required to process the order. If the customer cannot be reached, LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. may either proceed with the partial order or cancel the order in full.

· If a customer's order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the gift card balance used will be reinstated to the original gift card, with its original validity period intact.

9. Lost, Stolen or Compromised Gift Cards

· Gift card codes that have been compromised, redeemed by unauthorised third parties, or shared publicly will not be reissued or refunded, except where required by applicable law. Customers are advised to treat their gift card code as cash and to keep it confidential at all times.

10. General Conditions

• Gift cards have no cash value, are non-exchangeable, and cannot be refunded or resold for cash, save where required by applicable consumer law.

• Gift cards are issued for the customer's personal, non-commercial use and may not be resold or transferred for value on secondary marketplaces.

• LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L. reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time, save where prohibited by applicable law. Material changes will be notified to customers through the Real Madrid Official Store website or by other reasonable means prior to taking effect. The version of these Terms & Conditions in force at the time the gift card is redeemed will apply.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the customer's country of residence.

12. Data Protection

• Any personal data collected in connection with the purchase or redemption of gift cards will be processed in accordance with LEGENDS HOSPITALITY ESPAÑA, S.L.'s Privacy Policy, available on the Real Madrid Official Store website.
